By accessing or using Korvio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Korvio provides AI-powered receptionist automation services for businesses. Our platform handles incoming calls, schedules appointments, answers common questions, and routes important calls to the appropriate team members. Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on the Korvio platform are the exclusive property of Korvio ApS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice to existing subscribers.
6. Service Level
Korvio will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for temporary outages caused by third party platforms or technical maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Korvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
